1. Open the package and allow SurgiLock® positioning foam to expand.
2. The release liner should be removed from the bottom of each positioner prior to placement.
3. Place the foam positioner as indicated following hospital procedures.
4. Remove the remaining release liner from each positioner.
5. Move the patient into desired position and secure the patient with the included straps.
