1. Open the package and allow SurgiLock®
positioning foam to expand.
2. Remove and discard the release liner from the heel
positioner by pinching the corner of the foam,
grasping the release liner, and pulling it off.
3. Place the heel positioner in the desired location.
A. Place the heel positioner directly onto the
surgical bed in the desired position under the
patient’s ankle leaving the heel off the
positioner.
B. Follow the above step for the other heel positioner.
4. Important: DO NOT leave any table covers, linens, other
transfer devices or materials between SurgiLock® foam and
surface of the surgical table. SurgiLock® positioner must
contact the surface of the table pad.
